Product information

We aim to describe products accurately using the information and media available to us. Minor colour, finish, packaging, measurement, or accessory differences may occur between batches or screens. Display props are not included unless the product page lists them under “What is included.” If a variant is supplied according to stock, that limitation will be stated on the product page.

Prices, stock, and order acceptance

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise. Availability, supplier cost, and delivery coverage can change. Submitting checkout details is an offer to purchase; it does not guarantee acceptance. We may contact you to confirm the order and may decline or cancel an order because of incorrect information, unavailable stock, pricing error, delivery limitations, suspected misuse, or failed confirmation. If no advance payment was collected, no refund is due for a cancelled cash-on-delivery order.

Payment and delivery

The active payment option is cash on delivery unless checkout clearly offers another approved merchant method. Do not send money, PINs, passwords, or one-time codes to a personal mobile-wallet account. Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees and may be affected by supplier handling, courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote-area service, or an incomplete address. Shipping charges and the total due are shown before an order is submitted.

Returns and order problems

Returns, damaged parcels, incorrect items, and missing items are handled under our Shipping and Returns Policy. Used or opened personal-care, eye-area, facial, nail, or grooming tools may be ineligible for a change-of-mind return for hygiene reasons, except where applicable law requires a remedy or an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, Alpha Glow Girl owns or licenses the website design, original text, graphics, and other published material. You may read and share links for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish, scrape, resell, or commercially reproduce substantial portions of the website without written permission.

Acceptable use
