Payment Policy

Pre-launch notice: checkout is disabled and Alpha Glow Girl is not currently accepting payments through this build.

Cash on delivery

Cash on delivery is the planned payment method for eligible Pakistan orders. The cart and checkout show the product subtotal, shipping charge, and total amount due. Pay the courier only the confirmed amount associated with your parcel and keep any receipt or delivery message available for your records.

No personal Easypaisa or wallet payments

Alpha Glow Girl does not ask customers to transfer store payments to a personal Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account. We will never ask for your wallet PIN, bank password, card PIN, or one-time password. If someone requests such information while claiming to represent Alpha Glow Girl, do not send money or disclose the code; contact support@alphaglowgirl.com.

Future prepaid methods

A prepaid option may be added later only through an approved merchant gateway or business account with a clear checkout record. Its fees, confirmation process, security terms, and refund route will be published before activation. A payment method is valid only if it appears on the secure Alpha Glow Girl checkout page.

Payment disputes

For a payment or delivery discrepancy, send your order number, parcel label, courier receipt, and a concise description of the issue. Do not email passwords, full card details, wallet PINs, or one-time codes.
